Configure Email on Outlook for Mac OS

To configure your SLU email on your Mac OS device, please install Microsoft Office 365.

See instructions to install Microsoft Office 365.

Once Office is installed, follow the instructions below:

  1. In the Tools Menu, click Accounts
  2. Click +, and then click New Account
  3. Enter your St. Lawrence University email address in the Email Address field
  4. Click Continue
  5. Enter your St. Lawrence University password in the Password field when the SLU banner appears
  6. Click Sign-in
    • If a domain is required, type stlawu\username in that field
    • If a server is required, enter in the Server (optional) field
  7. Enter your St. Lawrence University password once more in the dialog box that appears
  8. Click Ok
  9. Click Done
  10. Allow the Outlook client to sync, and email is setup on your Mac
