Sign into Skype for Business on Mac and Windows

PC Instructions

If you are signing in to Skype for Business from off campus, you will need to have the Windows Certificate installed.

  1. Open the Skype for Business app on your PC.
  2. In the box labeled "Sign-in Address", enter your St. Lawrence email.
  3. Click Sign-in.
  4. When prompted, enter your St. Lawrence password and click Sign-in again.
  5. If prompted to save your Skype for Business sign-in info, you can click Yes.

Mac Instructions

  1. Open the Skype for Business app on your Mac.
  2. Click Advanced Options.
  3. In the box labeled "User Name", enter your St. Lawrence username. (Under most circumstances, this is your St. Lawrence email without the "@stlawu.edu" part)
  4. Click Save.
  5. In the box labeled "Enter your Email Address", enter your St. Lawrence email address.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. If a window appears with the St. Lawrence logo, enter your St. Lawrence email address and password, and click Continue.
