How to install Adobe applications through the Adobe Creative Cloud app

  1. Confirm that the Creative Cloud desktop app is installed on the computer. If it is not, it can be installed from the Adobe help website at the following link, under the section “How to download Creative Cloud desktop app using direct download links”:
  2.  Open the Creative Cloud desktop app
    • On a PC, double click the Creative Cloud icon on the desktop.
    • On a Mac, click the Creative Cloud icon in the taskbar at the top of the screen.
  3. Sign into the app using your SLU Email Address and Password
    • If an “Access Denied” message appears, please contact the ODY Service Desk.
  4. Click on the “Apps” tab
  5. Find the app in the list you would like to install and click its “Install” button. The app should begin downloading and installing automatically.
