(NEW) Recover emails that have been cleared from the Deleted Items folder

Information

If you have deleted an email that was emptied from your trash, you have a limited time to recover it by accessing the Restore Deleted Items feature in Web Mail. 

Instructions

1. Log in to St. Lawrence Web Mail.
2. On the navigation bar on the left, click on Deleted Items.
3. At the top of your list of emails, click Recover items deleted from this folder.
4. You will see a list of items that can be recovered. Move your mouse over the item you would like to recover, then click the checkbox that appears. Repeat this for each email you would like to recover. 
5. Click the Restore button. The items will be returned to your Deleted Items folder. From there you can move them to where you need them.
