How to view your W-2 Statement from St. Lawrence

  1. Before opening the Saints Portal, you must be using a desktop or laptop computer (Windows or Mac) that is either connected to campus wifi (on campus), connected to SLU VPN (off campus), or using the Remote Desktop.

  2. In a supported web browser, navigate to the Saints Portal at
    • The supported web browsers are: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer
  3. Sign in with your SLU username and password.
  4. On the right side of the page, underneath "Colleague Web Access", click "Employee Profile"
  5. Click W-2 Statements.
  6. Click the year that you wish to view.

You should now see your W-2 statement. If your statement does not appear, you may need to disable your browser's pop-up blocker in order to do so. Here are the links for instructions to disable pop-up blockers in each supported web browser:
