View a Shared Email Account in Webmail

Overview

You are able to view shared inboxes in the Webmail client in addition to just your personal email. Here's how to do it:

Instructions

1. Sign into St. Lawrence Webmail.
   • Users who have been migrated to the cloud please go to https://outlook.office.com instead.
2. On the top right of the page, click on the Account icon (the icon that looks like a person).
3. Click "Open another mailbox...".
4. In the box that appears, type the name of the shared email account.
5. When you see the name of the account appear, click on it.
6. Click "Open".

You can now access the inbox and features of the shared email account as you would with your own email account.
