How to open a shared calendar in Outlook.

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. On the bottom left of the window, click on the calendar tab.
  3. In the top toolbar, click on “Open Calendar” -> “Open Shared Calendar”
  4. Enter the name of the calendar you are trying to open
    1. If you are looking to open an individual’s calendar, you can click “Name…”, then search for the person’s name and double click it in the Global Addressbook.
  5. Click “Ok”.
