How to give permission to view a shared calendar in Outlook

Open Outlook.
On the bottom left of the window, click on the calendar tab.
On the left sidebar, right click on the calendar you wish to share and choose “Properties”.
Click on the “Permissions” tab
Click “Add”
Search for the people you’d like to give permission and double click on their names to add them to the list.
Click “Add ->”
For each person added, adjust what you would like them to be able to view, add, and delete from the calendar.
Click “Apply”.
