To publish your calendar to the Internet follow the steps below.
Log in to Outlook Web App (
https://mail.stlawu.edu
)
Click on the
calendar button
in the lower right hand menu bar
Choose the calendar you wish to publish, right click on the calendar name and click
Share

Publish this calendar to the Internet
In the new window, select the
Publishing
detail. You may choose from the following options:
Availability Only
- displays busy/free time only
Limited Details
- displays appointment subject, date, time, and location
Full Details
- displays all of the above, plus the description of the appointment
Select the
date range
for which you wish to publish your calendar
Select the
access level
. You may choose from the following options
Restricted
- This publishes your calendar with a web URL that contains a long random string, which makes it difficult for both search engines and individuals to access without sharing the link
Public
- This publishes your calendar with a predictable, human readable URL. This may also be subject to indexing by internet search engines
Once you've verified the settings in steps 1-6 are configured as desired, click 'Start Publishing'. You'll be presented with two URL's; one for subscribing to the calendar and another to view the calendar in a web browser
