Registering Password Reset Information

Notice

To improve the security of our systems, as of March 7, 2022 all users will be required to provide and verify two forms of alternative contact information.  Previously, only one was required.  As of this date, users with one or fewer verified forms will be prompted at login to provide the additional information before they are allowed to sign in.

If Your Password Has Not Expired Yet

  1. Log in to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info using your St. Lawrence University email address and password
  2. If your personal contact information is correct, click Looks good
  3. If you do not see two forms of alternative contact information, or the information is incorrect, click Set it up now
  4. Enter your preferred contact information, and enter the verification code sent to your personal email and/or cell phone
  5. Click Verify

If Your Password Has Expired
