Accessing Exchange Online

To access the Exchange Online (Office 365) Outlook Web App:

• Navigate to https://outlook.office365.com/ (Note: the old webmail page will redirect you if you try to login there)
• Enter your St. Lawrence email address
• Click Next
• Enter your St. Lawrence password
• Click Sign in
• If prompted with Do you want to reduce the number of times you sign in? 
  • Select Yes if you are on your personal computer
  • Select No if you are on a public computer or a computer with multiple users

• (1) The Menu icon is the grid-like icon in the top-left of your window
• Clicking the Menu icon will show various Microsoft Web Applications that you can use such as
  • Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • Etc.
• (2) Previews for mail messages will appear in the middle window pane
• (3) Clicking on one of these Previews will open the email in the right-most window pane
• The Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks icons should appear in the bottom-left hand side of your window.
