Recover Deleted SLU Emails

Recovering Deleted Email in Outlook for Windows

• Click on your Deleted Items folder
• Click Recover Deleted Items from Server in the application banner
• Select the email(s) you wish to recover.  *Hold ctrl and click to select multiple emails*
• Click Restore Selected Items
• Click OK
• The email should now be back in your inbox

Recovering Deleted Email for Mac Users

• Currently, there is no way to recover deleted items on the Mac version of Outlook.  Log in to SLU webmail to perform this task
• Log in to https://mail.stlawu.edu
• Right click on your Deleted Items folder
• Click Recover Deleted Items
• Select the Email(s) you wish to recover. *Hold ctrl and click to select multiple emails*
• Click Restore Selected Items
• Click OK
• The email should now be back in your inbox
