Our desktop support team is available to help with computer and device problems of all kinds. Before you request a repair, please check the following:
- Have you restarted the device since the problem began?
- If using a laptop with a docking station, check to make sure it is securely attached to the dock.
- If you are starting your computer and it is slow, it may be installing updates. Be patient and restart again to confirm it is still slow.
