Some of the supported systems include, but aren't limited to Colleague, Saints (SLU) Portal, APR 2.0, Report Manager, CROA, EMS, Residence, Advocate, SLUWire, NYAlert (Everbridge), ImageNow, TMA, Kronos, GLOAD, the Raiser's Edge, or SAINTS Legacy System

Request support or report an issue you are experiencing while using a campus Administrative system

Report Outage

Use this option if you believe there is a system wide issue

EMS: Request Room Configuration Changes

Request room configuration changes that need to be updated in EMS and Colleague

Reporting: Request Report Move, Change or Data Modification

Request that a report from CROA, Report Manager, or Synoptix be moved, changed, or has data modified
