- On the bottom right of the Outlook window, confirm that “Working Offline” is displayed.
- In the tabs at the top of the window, click on “Send/Receive”
- Below “Send/Receive”, in the toolbar section listed “Preferences”, click on the “Work Offline” button
- Confirm that the “Work Offline” button is no longer highlighted.
It will take a moment before email begins to download again from the server. You should begin to see the inbox update after a short wait.
