Request a Refund from SLU Public Printing

This article will describe how you can request a refund for a failed print job through the SLU Public Printing website.

To Request a Refund

  • Go to the website: https://publicprinting.stlawu.edu
  • Enter your St.Lawrence network user name and password to log in
  • Select Recent Print Jobs on the left menu (see Reference A on image below)
  • To the right of the failed print job, select Request Refund (see Reference B on image below)

Refunds are reviewed monthly by IT staff.  All accounts will be reviewed for refunds before bills are sent out at the end of the school year.

Select the 'Recent Print Jobs' tab on the left and then Request Refund
