Instructions for how to manage your voicemails on Microsoft Teams, including listening to messages, deleting old messages, changing your voicemail greetings, and adjusting your out of office settings.

Listen to Voice Mail Messages
- Click the Calls button on the left side of the window.
- In the "History" section, click Voicemail.
- Scroll through the list of voicemails and click on the one you would like to listen to.
- Click on the Play button (▶️) on the right side of the window to listen to the voicemail. You will also be able to read a transcription of the message here as well.
Delete Voice Mail Messages
- Click the Calls button on the left side of the window.
- In the "History" section, click Voicemail.
- Scroll through the list of voicemails and hover your mouse over the one you would like to delete.
- Click on the Options (⋯) button .
- Click Delete.
Return Calls from Voice Mail
- Click the Calls button on the left side of the window.
- In the "History" section, click Voicemail.
- Scroll through the list of voicemails and hover your mouse over the one you would like to call back.
- Click the Call button.
Change Your Voice Mail Messages
- Click the Options (⋯) button at the very top of the window on the right, next to your user icon.
- Click Settings.
- On the left menu beneath "Settings", click Calls.
- Scroll down to the Manage voicemail section.
- Click Record a greeting.
- You will receive a call from the Teams voice mail service. Follow the prompts to change your message.
Change Your Away Message Settings
- If you have not yet set an away message, first follow the above instructions in Change your Voice Mail Messages to set an away voice mail message.
- Click the Options (⋯) button at the very top of the window on the right, next to your user icon.
- Click Settings.
- On the left menu beneath "Settings", click Calls.
- Scroll down and click Manage out-of-office voicemail.
- Change your settings to match your preferences.
