My film will not play in Sakai

Course films may be delivered on our streaming service, Ensemble, and accessible via Sakai. If you experience issues with playback, there may be a browser issue. If you're off campus, you must first connect to the VPN. To troubleshoot a browser/device issue:

  • Try another web browser (e.g., Firefox, Safari or Chrome)
  • Try another device (tablet or phone)
  • Clear the history in your web browser and restart your computer
  • Disable any browser add-ons/extensions that may interfere with playback
