Making Local Calls

Overview

There are two types of phones provided:

  • NEC
  • Polycom

A user should check which type they have before moving to the next step.

For NEC Phones

  • Dial the number
    • For on-campus calls, dial 4 digit extension
    • For off-campus calls, dial 81 followed by the 10 digit number

For Polycom Phones

  • Dial the number
    • For on-campus calls, dial 4 digit extension
    • For off-campus calls, dial 10 digit number
