How to create a local archive of email from Outlook

  1. Click File in the toolbar
  2. Click Open & Export in the menu options
  3. Click Import & Export in the Wizard Window.
  4. Select Export to a file from the list. Click Next
  5. Click Outlook Data File (.pst). Click Next
  6. Choose and select the folders you wish to export
  7. Select Include Sub-folders. Click Next
  8. Click Browse and choose the destination of the .pst file
  9. Click Finish
