Overview

On October 1, 2022 Microsoft is updating to a more secure authentication method. Any devices connecting to Microsoft email through IMAP will no longer work. You must delete your SLU email account from your phone and re-add it in order to receive uninterrupted service. Alternatively, you can setup and use the Outlook App on your device instead.

We highly recommend using the Outlook app for mobile devices for your St. Lawrence email. You can find the instructions for this below:

If you wish to continue using your device's native mail client, you must follow the instructions found on Microsoft's website.
