Self Service (APR2) Change Schedule


In the coming months, St. Lawrence will be transitioning to using Colleague Self Service for payroll time entry and approval.  This will change the way that employees enter time and view their pay advices. Below you will find the schedule for these changes.  During the transition, employees can expect to not be able to enter time in either system for the first few days of the new payroll.  During this time, we will be moving people to the new system.  Please log your hours outside of the system during this time.  When the new system is live, you will receive an email with instructions for the new entry and approval procedure.


Students – Pay period 9/5/2022-9/18/2022

Hourly Non-Union – Pay Period 9/26/2022-10/9/2022

Hourly Union (Excluding Facops) – Pay Period 10/10/2022-10/23/2022

Additional Information

For each group going through this transition, we will be holding demonstration webinars and support will be available in person on the days that the first payroll in the new system is due.  The schedule for these sessions will be communicated to each group via email.
