Schedule a Microsoft Teams Meeting in Outlook (Windows)

Overview

This article shows how to schedule a Teams meeting in Outlook

Instructions

  • Open Microsoft Outlook and navigate to the calendar window
  • Click on the button that says "New Teams Meeting"

  • A new meeting request window will pop up that automatically includes the link for the Teams meeting.  Fill in the rest of the meeting details, including the recipients, and send the request.  Your meeting is now scheduled.
